Bold And The Beautiful Poll: Is Eric Forrester Playing Quinn Forrester and Carter Walton

The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) scoop reveals Eric Forrester (John McCook) might not be as clueless as he’s been acting lately.

Near the end of Friday’s episode, when Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) came downstairs to get him, she found him asleep on the couch. Although she was disappointed, Quinn lovingly covered him with a blanket and went back up to her bedroom.

However, as she headed back upstairs, Eric opened his eyes. He was faking it! There were tears in his eyes as he watched Quinn leave. But the big question on viewers minds is, does Eric have “performance” issues? Or is he playing Quinn and Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint Victor)?

B&B Poll – Eric Forrester Treated His Wife Coldly

Fans will recall Eric had problems trusting his wife after he found out what she’d done to Bridge. He took her back but he treated her coldly. Quinn confessed to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) that they hadn’t been intimate in months. Plus, it’s ultimately what led to Quinn hooking up with Carter in the first place.

And it seems odd that one day Eric wants to pull Quinn’s jewelry designs from Forrester Creations and the next he’s ripping up their divorce papers. But there must have been a reason why Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) pointed out the dress hanging on Carter’s couch during their video chat. Maybe Eric knew it belonged to Quinn and has been plotting Quarter’s downfall ever since.

So, if he is aware that Quarter has been carrying on their torrid affair since he kicked her out, is he just trying to make them both suffer the way he has? The rate at which he has forgiven her this time is highly suspect.

Of course, Eric wouldn’t have been able to pull off such a scheme if Quinn had just told him to get lost when he suggested they reunite, like she should have done. But she didn’t and here we are.
